How to file a warranty claim
● All claims must be filed through CarMe's customer support website.
● Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
● Claims must be accompanied by clear, complete, and easily identifiable photos or videos of the defective product.
● Claims must include the original product packaging.
● Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.
Warranty coverage
● CarMe's warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
● Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
● Warranty coverage also does not apply to damage caused by chemicals, contaminants, or environmental conditions.
Warranty claims process
● Once a claim is submitted, CarMe's warranty team will review the claim and make a decision within 10 business days.
● If the claim is approved, CarMe will ship a replacement product or issue a refund.
● If the claim is denied, CarMe will notify the customer of the reason for the denial.
Warranty limitations
● CarMe's warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products.
● CarMe is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or damage to other property.
● CarMe's warranty is void if the product is damaged by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
